Publix announced the recall of one lot of 10 oz. packages of frozen GreenWise Organic IQF blueberries.

Publix announced that frozen blueberries sold at its grocery stores in eight states have been recalled following reports of E. coli contamination.

Through the press release, Publix alerted customers that “e. coli O145 is a Shiga toxin-producing e. coli (STEC) that can cause illness characterized by severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting.”
