A judge let a video into evidence on Tuesday that he previously rejected after an argument by the prosecution.

An investigator testified that a video shows Tyler Robinson going over a railing onto a rooftop, crouching down and running to a site overlooking where Charlie Kirk was speaking​.

On the second day of weeklong preliminary hearing for Tyler Robinson, prosecutors showed security footage that they say establishes Robinson was on the Utah Valley University campus the day Charlie Kirk was fatally shot — and that the now-23-year-old was on the move at key moments before and after the shooting.

The previous day brought the case back to Turning Point USA, the organization Charlie Kirk founded and built into a Phoenix-based political force.
