A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted grievous bodily harm, police say.

For the second time in just over a week, a police vehicle was involved in a collision in downtown Little Rock early Thursday during a pursuit that had begun in North Little Rock, police said.

The wanted man died after an active shooter situation that left another person dead and at least nine injured.
