A Libertyville middle school teacher has been arrested and charged with child pornography, police and the Lake County State's Attorney's Office said Friday.

"Simply locking people up does not change behavior," said the leader of Arrowhead Regional Corrections, which manages a work farm, juvenile detention center and probation.
